Q: Do you rent bounce houses? A: Unfortunately, we do not offer bounce houses.
Q Do you rent dance floors? A: We do not offer dance floors.
Q: Do you deliver? A: Our delivery services cater to both corporate and private events. However, we exclusively provide delivery only with a tent rental for private gatherings.
Q: Do you deliver tents out of Pueblo? A: Our delivery zone is Pueblo, Pueblo West, Beulah, Rye and Avondale.
Q: Can you book tents through the website? A: Only canopy pop- up tents. You must contact us by phone to book pole tents.
Q: Can pole tents be reserved a few days in advance? A: Pole tents must be booked at least 4 to 5 weeks prior to the event especially during May and June.
Q: Do you install pole tents on concrete? A: We do not have the proper equipment to install pole tents on concrete. Our tents are staked 3ft into the ground.
Q: Do you charge by the day? A: We typically offer a two-day rental period over the weekends due to our closure on Sundays at no additional charge. Friday rentals are to be returned on Saturday.
Q: When should rentals be returned? A: If your event is during the weekend, all rentals are to be returned at your scheduled time on Monday as we are closed Sundays. For events scheduled during weekdays, our standard policy is to have rented items returned the following day, unless they have been specifically reserved for multiple consecutive days.
O: Do you rent helium tanks? A: Unfortunately, we do not offer helium tank rentals.
Q: Do you charge a cleaning fee? We keep a credit card on file which will be charged 25% of your rental balance if rentals don't meet the return conditions.
